Electric Rates

Outdoor Lighting
  • Small (less than 7,000 Lumens) — 43 cents per day
  • Medium (7,000 to 14,000 Lumens) — 59.2 cents per day
  • Large (Greater than 14,000 Lumens) — 76.6 cents per day

Note: Only LED lamps will be installed for new service, and an LED lamp will be installed to replace a malfunctioning or non-working high-pressure sodium lamp.

Time-of-Use

Offered as an optional General Service Rate for establishments with less than or equal to 100 kW monthly demand for at least 9 of the preceding 12 months. This service must be received for a minimum of 12 months.

  • Customer Facilities Charge — $1.65 per day*
  • On-peak Energy Charge —$0.1850 per kWh
  • Off-peak Energy Charge —$0.1120 per kWh
  • Idalia Cost Recovery — $0.0092 per kWh
  • $1 per kilovolt-ampere over 10 kilovolt-amperes
  • Plus or minus WPCA**

On-peak hours:
Weekdays 12 p.m.–9 p.m., April-October.
Weekdays 6 a.m.-10 a.m. and 6 p.m.-10 p.m., November-March.
